Abstract
The study aimed to investigate how the Transactional Leadership style affects organizational performance and employee retention in Pakistan's textile industry. This paper's main goal is to investigate how transactional leadership (TL) style affects organisational performance using employee retention as a moderator and determine how a manager's management style affects the performance of his staff. In Pakistan's textile industry, a strong connection between organisational success and transactional leadership were found. Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ) used for data collection and 128 people participated in this study. The fact that Pakistanis rely more on monetary rewards than on verbal encouragement was also observed, and this element reflects Pakistan's general economic situation. Researchers looking for an additional empirical exploration of Transactional leadership and organizational performance with mediating employee retention would benefit from the construction of this comprehensive literature overview, suggestions, and conceptualization.
