Abstract
This album presents the remastered recording of the researcher’s chamber symphony op.54 (composed 1989) alongside related works. The 36-year gap between composition and the remastering of the recording itself constitutes a research statement – demonstrating how a composer’s early work can be re-evaluated and presented in the light of subsequent creative development. The production methodology involves the researcher both as composer and producer, enabling a uniquely informed production perspective.
