Abstract
A published collection of individual carols for performance, comprising both original compositions and new performing editions of existing carols. It treats the carol as a research form: each carol embodies specific compositional or editorial decisions, and the collection allows those individual findings to be read together as a larger scholarly statement rather than singly. The editions are supported by a dedicated website, patmoscarols.com, and stands in a direct line from The Naxos Book of Carols, the earlier collection by the same composer and performers.
