Dr Xuemei Shao

Dr Xuemei Shao is a Lecturer in the Master of Teaching and Bachelor of Early Childhood Education programs at Excelsia University College, where she teaches and coordinates a range of undergraduate and postgraduate units. She completed her PhD at Western Sydney University, with research focusing on children’s language development and cognition. With nearly ten years of higher education teaching experience across China and Australia, she brings strong expertise in teaching, research, and curriculum leadership.
